Shri Maa Vaishno Devi Shrine is one of the oldest shrine of India, Temple is located at a height of 5300 feet on the holy Trikuta Hills of the Shivalik Hill Range. The distance of The Holy cave is 13 Kms from the Base Camp Katra. The Town Katra is 50 Kms away from Jammu and 35 Kms from District HQ Udhampur and is linked by road.

According to Mythology Mata Vaishno Devi has spent time here observing spiritual disciplines. In this cave she got merged with the three supreme energies from which she was created. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi is believed to grant all the four boons ( Dharm (Righteousness), Arth (Material Pursuits), Kaam (Contentment) and Moksh (Enlightenment).) to those who visit Her Holy Shrine. Tour Program to Maa Viashno Devi

Day 01 / Arrival Delhi
Arrival Delhi , meet assist at the airport/ rly stn. & transfer to hotel. Evening at leisure. Night stay in Delhi.

Day 02 / Delhi- Jammu (By train)
After breakfast checkout from hotel & sightseeing tour of New Delhi where ornate buildings recall the days when India was the Jewel in the crown of the British empire. Visit the 11th century Qutab Minar ,India Gate and the grand government buildings, the President's House , Red fort , Mahatama Gandhi Memorial , Also visit Laxmi Narayan temple popularly known as Birla Temple. Evening transfer to railway station to board the train (Jhelum Exp) for Jammu. Overnight in the train.

Day 03 / Jammu - Katra - Vaishnodevi Bhawan
Arrive Jammu , Meet and assist on arrival and proceed straight to Katra by Car .Arrive Katra and check in at Hotel.Later proceed to Vaishnodevi Shrine (Approx. 13 km Trek ) One can trek up to the Shrine if fitness permits, otherwise Pony or Palanquins are also available at an extra cost. Arrive at Vaishnodevi Bhawan. Wash and change before Mata Darshan. After Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan, proceed for Bhaironji Darshan (Optional).

Day 04 / Katra - Jammu
After Darhsan, arrive at Katra and proceed to hotel . Relax in the hotel till evening . Evening depart to Jammu and transfer to rly stn to board the train for Delhi. Overnight in the train.

Day 05 / Delhi
Arrive Delhi , meet assist at the railway station & transfer to hotel. Day at leisure or visit local markets (on your own) . Night stay in Delhi.

Day 06 / Departure
Transfer to airport/ rly stn for onward journey.
